Refund & Cancellation Policy

Studio Memberships — Levels 1 and 2
Level 1 — Studio Content Creator Membership ($249.99/month)
By subscribing, you authorize DB Studio Media to charge $249.99 monthly until you cancel. Cancel with 30 days written notice. No refund for the billing period already charged.
No refund for sessions already completed or in progress. Session rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Missed sessions without 48 hours prior notice do not generate credit or refund.
Level 2 — Premium Creator Membership ($499.99/month)
By subscribing, you authorize DB Studio Media to charge $499.99 monthly. 3-month minimum commitment ($1,499.97 total). No refund for completed months. Cancel after the minimum period with 30 days written notice.
No refund for sessions already completed or in progress. Session rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Missed sessions without 48 hours prior notice do not generate credit or refund.
Strategic Brand Foundation — Level 3 ($2,000)
The 50% deposit ($1,000) is non-refundable upon signing. The remaining 50% ($1,000) is non-refundable after project start. Delivery: complete strategic document + presentation session.
Delays caused by DB Studio Media grant the client an additional 14-day grace period.
Brand Management — Level 4 ($1,000/mo)
By subscribing, you authorize DB Studio Media to charge $1,000 monthly. Minimum commitment per selected option. Cancel after the minimum period with 30 days written notice before the next billing date.
Prorated credit only for the unused portion of the current month, when cancellation is made in accordance with contract terms. No refund for any month of service already completed.
Enterprise Monthly Packages — Levels 5, 6, and 7
Level 5 — Integrated Media Package ($3,500/month)
By subscribing, you authorize DB Studio Media to charge $3,500 monthly. 6-month minimum commitment ($21,000 total). Cancel after the minimum period with 30 days written notice.
Level 6 — Enterprise Agency Partnership ($5,000/month)
By subscribing, you authorize DB Studio Media to charge $5,000 monthly. 12-month minimum commitment ($60,000 total). Cancellation and refund terms governed by signed SOW.
Level 7 — Signature Studio Partnership ($3,000/month)
By subscribing, you authorize DB Studio Media to charge $3,000 monthly. 6-month minimum commitment ($18,000 total). Cancel after the minimum period with 30 days written notice.
